About Authors:

Er. Sagar Siwakoti

Er. Sagar Shiwakoti is working as Assistant Manager in Nepal Electricity Authority since 2017. He has an M.Sc. degree in Water Resources Engineering and a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

Before joining Nepal Electricity Authority, he served as Civil Engineer in Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Co. Ltd. (HIDCL) from 2013 to 2017.  Prior to that, he was a lecturer in Kathmandu Engineering College as well as in various other engineering colleges affiliated with Tribhuvan University.

Er. Surendra Kaini

Er. Surendra Kaini is currently working as Assistant Manager in Nepal Electricity Authority. He has an M.Sc. degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

Er. Surendra Kaini has served in the past as Head of Department of Civil Engineering and Full-Time Lecturer at Himalayan College of Engineering. He also served as a part-time lecturer at Thapathali College of Engineering, Sagarmatha College of Engineering, National College of Engineering, Janakpur College of Engineering, and Kantipur City College. He has articles published in national and international journals.
